Our pesto sauce pizzas are our own unique creations, and won the “best thin-crust pizza on Vancouver Island” award from CTV News. We make our pesto fresh daily using fresh-basil, wild arugula, pine-nuts, aged Parmigiano cheese and the highest-quality olive oil. All pesto sauce pizzas are topped with fresh mozzarella (called “fior di latte” or “flower of milk” in Italian).
