At 900° we embrace old-world, time-honored cooking traditions and feature hand-built Italian wood-fired ovens as the centerpiece of our kitchens.
We believe that excellent good food starts by using only the highest quality ingredients available and preparing everything fresh from scratch. We do not use frozen ingredients, deep fryers, or microwave ovens.
